Why are we here? Well, there were a number of reasons for starting this community and I wonder if they resonate with you.
Whilst we have been training coaches to be coaches for quite some time, its obvious to us that it is a big jump from being trained and then going out confidentally on your own and saying goodbye to that support! We have always offered support afterwards but never in a structured way.
A space where you can safely ask questions such as 'what do you do when you feel stuck?' or 'do your clients do this'..... and how do you manage that?'. Where do I start to set up a new business? Are any ready made templates available?
Equally you may be a professional coach that has been working for some time, but it can be a very isolating role if you work for yourself by yourself. Sometimes it is just nice to touch base to chat to like minded souls and support eachother and network, offering your experience and wisdom and receiving others. You can also cross fertilise clients that may be more suited to someone else or need to find a different type of coach for someone.
It maybe that you would like to get back into coaching, having had a break and want to reimmerse yourself in this world or equally want to grow your business.
We recognise that many coaches don't seek supervision for a number of reasons. Cost being one of them. For that reason we wanted to include in the membership informal peer supervision as well as a weekly Q & A hosted by me. In addition to have a space where you can book affordable formal supervision at a price that is right for you.
