I started officially coaching back in 2004 after personally realising the power of coaching. I was struggling as a single parent with a poorly child and I really needed to get myself out of a mess. It sounds a cliche but my experience was as if someone had given me back the steering wheel to my life! It wasn't just learning - it was life changing. I then decided, like so many do after a life changing experience, that I wanted to devote my life to making coaching accessible to others.

I created South West Coaching Ltd in 2009 and havent looked back. Here we are 15 years later still coaching and training as part of ILM and our own Accredited Programmes and changing peoples lives for the better.

Having trained hundreds, if not nearing thousands of coaches, we always offer ongoing lifetime support for our trainees. This has finally evolved into this platform. One where newly qualified and professional coaches can come and share ideas, gain confidence, experience and knowledge as well as accessing tools, techniques etc. If you join as a Full Member you can also access informal and formal supervision.

We have a number of Associates that we work with and I am as passionate about coaching now, as the day I started officially back in 2004.
